Simple Energetic Daily Practice

No matter what level of your Psychic gifts you experience, the basic fundamentals of a simple practice for managing the emotions and energy of the body are the most powerful.

Keep in mind that more often than not less is more, so keep it simple.

This is what leads to the big awesome aha moments, awakenings.

I have many ways for managing my emotions and my energy field.

It’s important to learn a little bit more about the aura and get a good visual of how it might appear. However, don't get too attached to what you learn in the outside world.

In my experience the energy appears slightly different for everyone outside the general bio-field.

For example the Chakra colors. I teach to not get stuck in needing the root to be red, or why it’s not if you sense it to be a different color.

To strengthen your intuition is to learn to trust your inner wisdom to guide you and to show you what’s right for your experience and evolution. The root may appear purple and that’s perfect, because that’s information for you to explore both in color and sensation.

In the end I do direct clients and end my own experience as Light, resulting in the color tones being lighter and more pastel as light coloring.

For each day start small and stay as open minded as possible!

Ask what that truly looks and feels like for you to be truly open minded?

Observe when you’re not. Can you be honest with yourself when you're not? Can you actually catch it in the moment while it’s happening?

This is already one practice for managing your energy, by being more of an observer of it and your thoughts.

Ok before moving to much further into my basic 3-5 min self energy attainment and clearing, let’s go over the fundamentals that work for me and for those who work with me. Try this for yourself.

First acknowledge yourself for showing up and be fully present. Ask, are you fully present? So turn off the cellphone or put it in another room. Get yourself as quiet as possible, even if you pull over in the car on the side of the road, turn it off and stare into a far off spot for a bit. Then…..
Gift yourself permission to be off duty for this time, say it to yourself, say it out loud, see how that feels. Do it again and again and start to follow a slow breath with it.
Notice if you feel yourself unwinding mentally and physically?
Have an open mind, leave judgment and all other distractions outside of the space. Again, ask yourself: are you telling yourself you can’t instead of being open to anything and nothing as a way of being, which is enough?
Look at this as an opportunity to: practice patience. How can you breathe more patience into yourself each day, what is a way to practice it? This is. Be non attached to what happens while connecting to yourself and what your energy shows you. If you don’t feel connected right away, it’s ok. It’s ok if it takes a while. Fire yourself from time expectations.

All of this is key in maintaining your energy and emotions.

The most important part of this is to use your Imagination, it’s our power tool, play like a child. Have Fun with it. Treat it like a game.
Finally, always direct your Attention on the Intention, when you get distracted, it’s ok! Return back to the intention. It’s a practice and every time you simply redirect back to the focus or the breath it will strengthen your energy, mind, and power. Notice if you judge yourself when you have a distracted thought.

Align, Center to Ground

When I first started meditating and going to classes for energy work and training in power, it was really common for people to tell me I wasn’t grounded enough or I was too high in energy.

I heard them and I always thought I was grounding, often literally going outside to put my feet on the earth, but it didn’t always hold or work.

At one point someone taught me to visualize being as heavy as a mountain. Imagine embodying Mt Rainier’s calming strength and grounded energy field.

I did and it worked for a while, until it didn’t.

It wasn’t until I met my 2nd mentor that I deeply understood being Centered with my awareness and intentional energy flow for my Chakras did I fully grasp how to maintain being grounded.

It means for embodiment of being centered in myself, my starlight matrix, then grounding from that space within the lower belly. The space can be known as the Dan Tien is Tai Chi, which is a main powerhouse of our source. It’s in the general areas of the sacral chakra.

The other two power sources of chi are the heart chakra space slightly lower at times and third eye.

What’s most important is that your awareness senses being rooted from the space of the lower part of the body, centered from the belly and intentionally extending down. This allowed me to feel more connected and whole as I tuned into my heart center as well.

Once I connected with this sensation more, I was then able to harness my higher Chakra consciousness more and integrate the soul light with ease and grace.

To embody the full expression of my soul in the physical form.

This is the inclusive way and a powerful way to manage my energy.

Again it’s a feeling of being connected from the lower chakras( body) and the heart center ( chest open and light) with an intent to amplify a 360 degrees sphere of my light body. I imagine that amplification of light strengthens my energy field.

It also opened my awareness and sensation of the Earth and Soul Star Chakras. The Earth Star is 6-12 inches below the feet and anchors the seven main body chakras. The Soul Star is our higher self, the Akashic records, access to the other realms, angels and other multidimensional beings. It is our soul light awareness.

This creates a fluid flow of energy and deeper sense of being grounded, or rather being centered in the body.

Amplifying your light from a centered awareness strengthens intuition and the psychic self.

This simple breath and activation can help emotional ease and maintain the energy.

Practice 3-5 min 1-3 times a day!

Even if you don’t understand the Chakras or sense them clearly, your intention for energy balance can shift you.

It’s such a simple 3-5 min routine that can be done in 90 seconds once actively conscious of it. It takes 90 seconds for an emotion to pass, so in doing it for at least 3 min it will start the calming of the energy. Doing it a few more cycles of breath and a few times a day will create more stability, increase your ability to maintain being centered and enhance your abilities.

Start with this simple practice for 21 days and see how it shifts your reality. Write noticing in your notes. Make it a fun easy game to do it in different places and different times, not just in your home.

After you choose to continue, start to focus more on the energy of each chakra. Do this without expectation or getting locked into seeing the color as shown.

A reminder of what Chakras are, spinning vortexes of vital energy or as I’ve seen them at times spheres of energy.

The human body contains 7 Main Chakras within it. Each Chakra “energy center” is linked to attributes (physical, emotional, or spiritual).
Each holds spiritual life-lessons that we need to learn in order to evolve if ignored they become imbalanced (disharmony and depletion of energy).
Learning more about the specific imbalances and attributes can help you dive deeper into helping your own energy and vitality.
​However, the simple practice I suggested is a base practice that is enough for great change when done consistently. This quick intentional practice done a couple times a day can be better than doing one big practice only once in a while. It’s easier to weave it in throughout the busy schedule.
