My experience is that most of us are the strongest with Clairsentience, the intuitive feeling and for us empaths, we pick up sense the emotions of others or spaces.

The other one for many of my clients that is often overlooked or has them believe they don’t have any psychic way of receiving is Claircongnizence. Most of my clients dismiss or don’t trust the first sense of knowing.

Many want to go straight into the ability to see things and that’s not always obvious, especially when we don’t trust our knowing and feeling right away.

Fear is a big blocker of our higher senses or being overly distracted by outside realities. The other sense that can be easiest to experience is hearing. It is also dismissed or overpowered by doubt, fear or the inner critic.
