Growing up in the beauty of the Northwest USA, I began my journey at a very young age and was blessed with a family of body workers, who raised me with nutritional and health awareness. I was fortunate to have the influence of my stepmom and spiritual ally, Chiara Wood, founder of Turning Point Integrative Therapies. She exposed me to the gifts of massage therapy, meditation, and energy work, while guiding me on a path of spiritual awakening.
I recall at the age of ten her giving me my first lesson on chair massage for a class assignment. It was then that I became aware of my intuitive abilities, the insights that came from my hands, and the profound effect of touch. From that point, I spent my early to mid twenties traveling the world experiencing many different styles of healing touch, and bodywork.

During my time in college, I was introduced to a brilliant spiritual and life-coaching program, Peak Potentials based in Canada.  While there I gained techniques for self-discovery, self-empowerment, and how to live out my passions in life with courage and heart. I now share these gifts to help inspire those I work with. After a few more years of exploration and gathering knowledge on how to best live my passions within a career, I realized that the Healing Arts were my calling.

Since graduating from the Ashland Institute of Massage in 2007, I have continued my spiritual journey as a bodyworker, intuitive, and a strong Empath. I am certified in Thai Yoga therapy, La Stone Therapy (hot stones), Reflexology, Polarity, Psych K, Health and Wellness Coaching (IIN), Sound Healing, and Hypnosis (NGH). I have studied with Upledger Institute for Cranial Sacral 1 & 2, which I love to weave with my individual style of energy work that may include the support and healing powers of crystals, soothing tone of my voice, and the Angelic sound vibration of tuning forks and crystal bowls. In this integrative process, I have created Inclusive Healing Transformational Bodywork.
